I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years. I have been through remodeling, new construction, and restoration projects, and I have never met a contractor like Ronnie. Working with Ronnie is a privilege. Ronnie's level of excellence is so rare in this industry. He is meticulous about the work and craftsmanship of his team. He surrounds himself with "the best of the best" subcontractors. Everyone who works on a project with Ronnie respects him, trusts him, and understands his expectations.
Nothing is hidden, and no corners are cut on a Ronnie Gesell project. If you are fortunate enough to work with Ronnie, you learn very quickly who he is as a man. Ronnie's integrity is beyond admirable. That same integrity is seen in Lori, Cole, and the entire team. The Gesells are honest, genuinely good people. We had the privilege of having Ronnie build a guest house for us a few years ago after learning that earlier in his career, he had been the project manager on our ranch home in Camp Verde. Working with Ronnie made building a house fun! I enjoy construction projects but have never worked with someone who made the process so easy and seamless. In a nutshell, when the house was finished, there was no "punch list." If you've ever built a home, you know what I'm talking about.
We live full-time in Beaumont and recently went through a two-year building project, 6 months after moving in we are still working on the punch list. If only I could have had Ronnie in Beaumont, Texas (I did try). Even though he did not come to Beaumont to build my house, he took our phone calls every time we had a question, looked at pictures, offered advice, and helped us in so many ways from a distance because that is the man he is. Ronnie is, and always will be, our go-to guy when we need construction work done. He has helped us through many issues and will soon be undertaking another project at our home.
I'm honored to call Ronnie and Lori our friends. We love Ronnie, Lori, Cole, and the whole crew. I cannot sing their praises highly enough.
